Early on Tyler knew starting and growing businesses was his passion. His first venture, a landscaping business, quickly scaled to a 6-figure company. After selling the landscaping company he decided to transition into stock trading full time. Though trading provided the freedom of an entrepreneur, it lacked in helping others and growing a business. Tyler's next venture, a moving and storage company quickly grew to 6 figures in its first year. Tyler began to dabble in single family real estate to begin earning passive income. Quickly learning the advantages of multi-family, Tyler started Cashflow Forever. Tyler’s main goal for the multi-family real estate firm is displayed in its name, to create cashflow that will last forever, not only for him and his family but for the investors he partners with.

For the past 19 years, Robert has been instrumental in the completion of $1.5B in commercial and multifamily real estate transactions. During that same time period, Robert played an integral role in building commercial construction and property management businesses to further monetize the real estate investments. In addition, Robert spent time on Wall Street raising capital and launching a technology-focused hedge fund. With his subject matter expertise, he’s advised equity partners, raised capital and facilitated due diligence on a dozen transactions ranging from manufacturing to real estate. As a CPA with significant CFO experience, Robert understands the importance of knowing the numbers and managing risk.

Rod has nearly 40 years of real estate investment experience, bought and sold over 2,000 homes and apartment buildings, and is the host of the top-rated podcast, Lifetime Cashflow Through Real Estate Investing. He also founded and runs a national multifamily real estate coaching and training program, has taught thousands through his weekend boot camps, and created an amazing ecosystem of like-minded and authentic real estate investors.
